Experience the unique benefits Montessori education offers to middle school students. Our carefully designed curriculum integrates Math, Language, Science and Social Studies. Crafted around the middle school student’s social and academic needs, our curriculum facilitates learning through extensive group and individual work. Our classroom extends to our community as students participate in field trips, service projects and business related learning opportunities.
Expectations for Middle School Class
- Able to work independently
- Willing to try new things—curiosity
- Completes assignments given
- Exhibits desire to explore and learn
- Able to interact appropriately with peers and others in the community
- Has command of math facts and parts of speech
- Ability to travel overnight (trips are part of the curriculum)
- Willing to engage in discussions
- Uses appropriate language and behavior
- Must attain 90% proficiency
